While going on with life, we tend to gather a lot of papers that are useful in our daily life, one way or another. But with each passing day the quantity of these papers keep increasing. And when we need to find something, we really have to go through a cluster of different documents cluttered badly in our drawers and sometimes end up empty-handed. Tip 1: Make different folders
Make different folders for different types of papers. For example, keep a separate folder for electricity, gas, pretty much all the bills, and a whole other for the receipts, another one for the plans and budget, etc.
Tip 2: Put the papers where they belong
Make a habit of keeping the documents in their specified folders, so that you could save yourself from the future mess.
Tip 3: Shred the unuseful paper
So then come those papers that are important but are not useful anymore. You can shred them in the document shredding machine to get rid of them as throwing them away is not always the option in case of important confidential information containing documents.
Tip 4: Make a recycle bin
Now make a recycle bin for the papers that can be recycled such as magazines, books etc. And at the end of the month or two (depending on the usage of papers) sell them to recycle plants or donate them.
Tip 5: Keep track of unuseful documents
Declutter your documents once in a while even though they are well organized. As there are many papers or bills which are not required anymore. But they still exist in your folders occupying the space leaving none for the new bills and receipts.
